You may know the name Montessori. And though Montessori is part of our name, it only begins to describe what makes us different.
We joined the primary education landscape in Omaha in 1984. In those 30 years, we’ve discovered what many parents want for their children. Time-tested learning materials and a variety of educational experiences rooted in core concepts. The opportunity to learn at their own pace. Assistance when needed and the stability of a teacher who knows and understands their child’s strengths. An alternative path to essential skills and knowledge. A school that feels like home.
With parents as our partners, we have created a community that gives our children a chance for a brighter, more fulfilling future.
Our Environment
We provide a loving and stimulating environment in which the children gain knowledge and develop practical life skills in a manner true to the Montessori philosophy.
From Small to Tall
Our elementary students are the agents in their own education and progress in their learning at an individual pace. Children are encouraged to explore their own interests while meeting age-appropriate standards within the boundaries of the school day.
Camp Co-Op
Explore STEM in Our Own Backyard
Students will:
- Learn about science, the arts, and ancient cultures.
- Students will take on experimentation, observation, nature, and the culinary world for themselves. It all caps off with a student-run carnival.
Summer camps are open to children entering first grade through sixth grade.
Fun is on Our Schedule
Co-op means “community”. From monthly parent meetings to family movie night to the annual faculty/parent holiday party, the co-op model means activities designed to help us grow as a community.
