“Hi, I am Ginger the upper elementary pet. I have some neighbors too. They are some crazy looking (the kids call them) hermit crabs. I have a giant cage with a wheel, food bowl, water bottle, cardboard tube, soft bedding, and my own little TV that I sleep in.
Every holiday my human friends put paper on my cage, for example: a Christmas tree and presents for Christmas time, or a tree with leaves for fall. Just so you know I personally DO NOT like to be picked up at ALL!! My fellow classmates have ‘workplans’ each week and work on them all week. I really wish I had one of my own! I also wish that I could go home with my human friends at least sometimes like some other classroom hamsters get to do! Maybe some year!
All of my fellow classmates have at least some kind of talent. Like playing soccer or playing in a band or something like that. My talent is running.
I can RUN and RUN and RUN and RUN very fast all around my cage and on my wheel.
I LOVE MY FELLOW CLASSMATES AND TEACHER VERY MUCH!!!
